Terms and Conditions

1. Identity and scope

Globatel is operated by Merkoly, S.A., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama. These Terms govern access to globatel.com and the purchase and use of Globatel eSIM services.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.

2. Service

Globatel sells mobile connectivity packages delivered through digital eSIM profiles. Coverage, networks, technology, speed, tethering, validity and fair-use conditions depend on the selected package and participating operators. Unless expressly stated, packages provide mobile data only and do not include calls, SMS or a telephone number.

3. Compatibility

Before purchasing, customers must confirm that their device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and supports the networks available at the destination. Globatel provides information and assistance but does not control manufacturer or carrier restrictions.

4. Installation and activation

Follow the supplied instructions and do not delete an installed eSIM while it remains in use. Some packages begin upon installation and others on first connection to a supported network. The applicable rule appears with the product or installation instructions. QR and activation codes are personal; reinstallation or transfer may not be possible.

5. Coverage and performance

Coverage and performance depend on location, congestion, infrastructure, device and local carriers. A reference to 4G or 5G indicates possible availability, not guaranteed continuous access. Fair-use packages may reduce speed after the disclosed allowance.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices, currency and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. An order is accepted after payment confirmation. Globatel may cancel and refund orders affected by fraud, an obvious pricing error, technical impossibility or supplier unavailability.

7. Acceptable use

The service must not be used for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, network interference or unauthorised resale. Globatel or its supplier may suspend a profile to protect the service, comply with law or address prohibited use.

8. Refunds and liability

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Eligibility may end after installation, activation or use, without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Globatel remains responsible to the extent required by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. The version in effect when the order is confirmed applies. Contact: support@globatel.com.
