Can I keep my usual number?
You can keep your usual SIM if your phone supports using it alongside the eSIM. Select your travel eSIM for mobile data and check your usual line’s settings to avoid charges from your carrier.
Does the plan include calls and SMS?
It depends on the package. Check whether the plan includes calls and SMS or provides data only.
When will I receive my eSIM?
We send it by email after payment is confirmed. If you cannot find the email, check spam and your purchase status in My Globatel.
What if I cannot connect?
Check the settings in your plan’s guide. If you still need help, contact us with your phone model and destination. Do not delete your eSIM before contacting support.
